About the Recipe

This almond cream can be used for making almond croissants or almond and apple tarts or anything else

Ingredients

  • 250 g Butter

  • 250 g Sugar

  • 250 g Almond flour

  • 3 Eggs

  • 40 g AP flour

Preparation

Step 01

Leave butter to room temperature at least few hours before you start. In a electric stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream butter and sugar with almond flour for about 4 to 5 minutes.


Step 02

Add one egg at a time in to above and cream well before adding the next


Step 03

Add AP flour and scrape the sides of the bowl and mix a little more.
