This ooey gooey chocolate brownie recipe will give you full satisfaction of a chocolate treat. Try this recipe out and find out by yourself. Don't be afraid to decorate it with some chocolate fudge frosting on top for a little more richness in chocolate.

Ingredients
426 g Valrhona 64% or anything similar
366 g Butter
450 g Egg
500 g Sugar
225 g Cake four
10 g salt
Preparation
Step 01
On a double boiler melt chocolate and butter stirring occasionally
Step 02
In a mixing bowl with whisk attachment whisk eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
Step 03
Add melted chocolate to egg mixer slowly and continue whisking slowly until all combined
Step 04
Slowly add flour and salt into the chocolate egg mixture and mix until combined
Step 05
Put the mix into a half sheet pan with parchment on it and spread evenly . Bake at 320 F for about 12 to 15 minutes. do not over bake it it will be hard to bite.
