About the Recipe
This good looking cinnamon buns will make everyone happy. I mean most of them happy coz nothing can make everyone happy..

Ingredients
Bun dough
625g Bread flour
20 g Active dry yeast
10 g Salt
100 g dry milk powder
230 g Whole milk
50 g Sugar
75 g Butter melted
1 tsp Vanilla extracts
2 Eggs
Cinnamon sugar
200 g Light brown sugar
2 Tbsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
Icing
200 g confectioners sugar
30 g water
10 g lemon juice
Preparation
Step 01
In a electric stand mixer bowl combine first part of dry ingredients together
Step 02
In a separate bowl combine second part of the ingredients, milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla and eggs together and pour into dry ingredients while its mixing with the hook attachment. Mix until it forms to a ball of dough for about 4 to 6 minutes.
Step 03
Put the dough into a PAM sprayed bowl and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Step 04
Mix all ingredients together to make cinnamon sugar.
Step 05
Roll the dough into a rectangle 3 foot by 1 feet and brush some egg wash. Spread the cinnamon sugar mix evenly and roll into a log. Cut into 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch thick pieces and put into 3 inch silicone mold and let them proof well about 40 to 1 hour in a warm place it will take longer to proof if the kitchen is not warm enough for proofing.
Step 06
Bake them at 350 F for about 15 minutes until golden brown
Step 07
Let the buns cool down a little drizzle the icing sugar mix over them
