Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until it dorms to a dough. do not over mix
Step 2
Roll out using a rolling pin to a thin sheet. cut into round shape using a ring cutter
Step 3
Use this circles on top of the choux buns before they get baked. Bake the choux buns as regular baking method
