About the Recipe
use this cream cheese frosting to decorate red velvet cake, carrot cake your guests will fall in love with your frosting

Ingredients
540 g Cream Cheese
227 g Confectioners sugar
1/2 ea Vanilla bean
2 g Salt
209 g whipped cream
Preparation
Step 01
Leave Cream cheese out to room temp before you start making the frosting. When its ready put into a mixing bowl with paddle attachment and beat for about 5 minutes scraping the sides every few minutes.
Step 02
Add confectioners sugar and scraped vanilla bean and salt, continue beating until sugar dissolved.
Step 03
Fold in whipped cream into cream cheese sugar mix
