About the Recipe
This graham sable dough is perfect as a bottom for cheese cakes. bake graham discs and cheese cakes separately and unmold cheese cakes onto baked graham sable discs. They tastes wonderful

Ingredients
200 g Butter
85 g Confectioner's sugar
1 g Salt
35 g Egg yolks
3 g Vanilla extracts
280 g All purpose flour
50 g Graham crumbs
2 g Ground Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 01
In a electric mixer, cream butter, confectioners sugar and salt for a minute and add egg yolks a little at a time followed by vanilla extracts
Step 02
In a separate bowl mix all remaining dry ingredients together and add into butter mixer and continue mixing until just combined
Step 03
Chill the dough if it's too soft to handle if not you can roll the dough into a thin dough sheet and chill the dough sheet in a refrigerator
Step 04
Cut the dough sheet into desired circles using ring cutter and put onto sheet pan with parchment and bake them at 325 for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown
