About the Recipe
Lychee is one of my favorite flavor. Lychee sorbet is so good with some honey drizzle on some fresh raspberries and sorbet served on top of them

Ingredients
1 kg Lychee puree
325 g Sorbet Syrup
1/4 tsp Citric Acid
pinch of Salt
1/16 Tsp Xanthan gum
Preparation
Step 1
Make the sorbet syrup and let it cool down in a refrigerator
Step 2
Add lychee puree and sorbet syrup together and hand whisk or you can use a hand blender to mix. Add citric acid salt and Xanthan gum and mix well. you can squeeze some lime juice if you don't find citric acid
Step 3
Spin the sorbet using ice cream machine according to manufacturer guides
