About the Recipe

This toffee sauce is great with any sweet breads specially with sticky puddings

Ingredients

  • 400 g Butter

  • 500 g Heavy cream

  • 770 g Light brow sugar

  • 165 g Liquid glucose

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 bean of vanilla

Preparation

Get all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil on medium heat. Simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes and strain
