About the Recipe
This a great Panna Cotta recipe to treat your friends and family for a special occasion

Ingredients
440 g Whole milk
700 g Heavy cream
170 g Sugar
.5 g Salt
2 beans Vanilla
20 g Gelatin Sheets
144 g Crème Fraiche
Preparation
Step 01
Soak the gelatin sheets in iced water until they are soft and bloomed
Step 02
keep Crème fraiche in a separate bowl until needed.
Step 03
In a medium pot combine milk, heavy cream, sugar, scraped vanilla beans and salt. bring it to a quick boil and turn off the heat. get the gelatin sheets out of the ice water and squeeze to get excess water out and add into the hot liquid and stir well to dissolve gelatin. cover with a plastic wrap and let it cool down slightly and let vanilla bean release flavor .
Step 03
Pour warm liquid in to crème fraiche a little at a time while slowly stirring. Make sure not to have crème fraiche lumps while you stirring. Pour panna cotta into glasses or any shape molds. If you use a mold make sure to freeze and unmold them frozen and leave in the refrigerator at least 1 day ahead before you serve them
Serve panna cotta with some kind of sauce and some fruits as you desire. feel free to add different components to match the main flavor of the panna cotta
